Company Process
RAW MATERIAL PROCUREMENT
Picking the material from our own quarry but ensuring rough blocks with the highest quality are selected for processing. Our procurement team has the experience and talent needed for the selection of quality stone from the quarry
CUTTING
After the stone is brought to the factoryA QUALITY INSPECTION IS DONE WHERE THE MATERIAL IS APPROVED FOR PROCESSING, where dressing is done by the wire saw machines and then the block is sent for sawing process, during this process technology is combined with high level experience from our specialists
POLISHING
After the block is cut into slabs of various thickness. They are sent for polishing in our modern italian made polishing lines, where finishes like LEATHER, LAPUTHRA, POLISH & HOND etc. this polishing process is done with the help of BRETON LUXEMBOURG 5000kg with TANGO technology, , the slabs are tested and are made ready for the marking and packing purpose.
PACKING & LOADING
Anagha stones maintain a high standard of quality throughout the process in the factory, from purchasing the block to delivering it to the customers, we pack our material using higher quality pine wood in custom made bundles covered with plastic sheets. This is done to make sure that the product is reached safely to our customer.
